Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of printratios.com ("PrintRatios", "we"). PrintRatios is operated by Shiri Allon, a sole proprietor based in Israel. By using the site or buying from it, you agree to these terms.
1. What PrintRatios does
PrintRatios resizes artwork you upload into the five print ratios most buyers ask for (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11x14 and ISO A sizes) at 300 DPI, and downloads them as one ZIP file. Your files are processed in your own browser and are never uploaded to us.
2. What PrintRatios is not
- PrintRatios is not affiliated with Etsy. Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.
- We do not print or ship anything, and we do not sell or list your artwork.
3. Your responsibilities
Only upload artwork you own or have the right to sell. You are responsible for checking every file, including the crop, before you sell or print it.
4. Price and payment
You can upload artwork and preview all five crops for free. Downloading the files costs the price shown on the site at the time of purchase, and gives you 24 hours of unlimited downloads in the same browser. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy processes the payment and handles payment-related questions and refunds.
5. Licence
The artwork remains yours. We claim no rights in it or in the files made from it.
6. Liability
PrintRatios is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect cost or loss related to using the files, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without limiting any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Questions: support@printratios.com.
