Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data PrintRatios handles, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws.
1. Who is responsible
PrintRatios is operated by Shiri Allon, a sole proprietor based in Israel, who is the data controller. Contact: support@printratios.com.
2. The files you add
The artwork you upload and the files made from it stay on your device. They are processed in your own browser and are never sent to us or stored by us. When you close the page, they are gone.
3. Visit statistics
We use GoatCounter to count page visits and a few steps in the tool, such as how many people add a file. GoatCounter does not use cookies, does not track you across websites and does not create a profile of you. It processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and screen size only to produce aggregated statistics, and does not store your IP address. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
4. Payments
If you buy, payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record, under its own privacy policy. Lemon Squeezy collects what is needed to process the payment, such as your email address, country and payment details. We receive the order details (email, product, amount) to provide support and refunds. We never see your full card details. Legal basis: performing our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)) and legal obligations such as tax records (Article 6(1)(c)).
5. Hosting and security
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Fonts and code libraries are served from our own site, not from third parties.
6. Data kept in your browser
After you pay, we save the time of your purchase in your browser's local storage, so your 24-hour pass works if you reload the page. It is not a cookie and is never sent to us. You can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.
7. Emails you send us
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that, usually within 12 months.
8. Cookies
We do not set cookies for analytics or advertising, so we do not show a cookie banner. If you start a purchase, Lemon Squeezy may set cookies needed for the payment process.
9. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. They rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal data we hold about you, and object to or restrict its use, by writing to support@printratios.com. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Changes
We may update this policy and will show the date of the latest change at the top of this page.
